Since there are so many great books on my TBR list, I decided to continue making TBR lists for each month so it’s easier to choose what to read next. I’m not sure whether I will be able to read all of these before the end of the month, but I sure will give it a try! The HP books are rereads and three of them are ARC’s I have to finish before the end of the month… But the rest of them are mostly titles that have been on my TBR list for a while and I’m really excited about. Plus October is Halloween month, so I will try to read some horror themed books as well. 😀

I’ve heard mixed opinions about Allegiant, but since I want to start finishing series I will read it soon anyway. Hopefully I enjoy it as much as you did!

I agree there is a lot of controversy over Allegiant but I do hope you enjoy it 🙂

I’ve had A Discovery Of Witches on my shelf for a long time, but conflicting reviews from my friends have kept me from trying it just yet. Will be interested to hear what you think! It might tip the balance one way or another.

I’ve read the first 50 pages or so before (it was during a YA challenge and stopped after I realized it wasn’t YA), and the story wasn’t as convincing as I would have hoped… Even on the border of boring if you ask me, but I will definitely give it another chance soon.

I haven’t read any of these, but I wouldn’t mind reading The Dead Zone to see how it compares to the movie.

We’re almost on the same page! I’m going to try to read Deborah Harkness’ trilogy in October. And was also planning on reading And the mountains echoed! 😉 Your TBR looks cool. Happy reading.

Happy reading to you too! And The Mountains Echoed has been on my TBR list for way too long now, and it’s about time I finally read it. 😉

And the Mountains Echoed is a brilliant book – but you’ll need to have a box of tissues close to hand… 😉

I’m looking forward to reading it! I love Khaled Hosseini’s work so far and I know I will enjoy reading And The Mountains Echoed as well. I guess the emotional part is what keeps me from reading this book until now. 😉

Discovery of Witches is on my list for the month too. I haven’t read Allegiant yet either, I’m afraid because every one says it isn’t very good. I saw the tv show of the Dead Zone, definitely a cool premise. Good luck with your list! 🙂

Thanks! I’ve been posponing Allegiant for the same reason! A Discovery Of Witches I’ve actually started reading before, but I had to put it on hold when I realized it wasn’t YA (part of a previous challenge). The Dead Zone sounds like the perfect Halloween read! 😀
