Originally featured at Should Be Reading and now hosted by Sam at Taking On A World Of Words, WWW WEDNESDAYS is still about answering the following three questions:
- What are you currently reading?
I still haven’t finished The Diviners by Libba Gray, but that’s mostly because I decided to pick up other copies first for some of my challenges. I have promised myself to finish it as soon as I finish The Perfect Storm though. This non fiction read by Sebastian Junger is very interesting so far and once I finish it I will have completed my Bookish Bingo Spring challenge! 😀
- What did you recently finish reading?
After realizing I have been neglecting my TBR Pile challenge, I decided to pick up my copy of Frankenstein by Mary Shelley and finish it first. It’s actually quite a fast read and one of the first classics I have really enjoyed reading this year. I’ve also finished The Assassin’s Blade by Sarah J. Maas the other day; I loved learning more about Sam! A shame it will be a long wait for the fourth book to come out though…
- What do you think you’ll read next?
Trust Me, I’m Lying by Mary Elizabeth Summer is still my next TBR jar pick, but I might read Cinder by Marissa Meyer first if I’m in the mood for a fantasy read. I have been wanting to start that series forever so it’s about time I pick up my copy!
I have a TBR jar too but only picked one book out of it so far; it’s quite new! 🙂
Happy Reading, here’s my WWW https://bookboodle.wordpress.com/2015/06/17/www-wednesday-june-17th

I love my TBR jar; it has helped me pick quite a few next reads when I really wasn’t sure what to read… I always take out two papers and let myself decide which of the two I like most; that way it’s less likely to end up with a book I’m not in the mood for. 😉
Happy reading!

I think I’m going to have to prioritize something by Sarah J. Maas – I keep hearing good things everywhere!

I’ve read both her Throne In Glass series and ACOTAR and I really enjoyed her books so far. I hope you will enjoy them as well! 🙂

I hope you like the ending of ‘The Diviners.’ I found it slow to get into at first at well but Evie started to grow on me. I’m excited the sequel is slated to come out later this year. Happy reading and thanks for participating in WWW Wednesday!

I might just start over from the start as soon as I finish The Perfect Storm… But I will definitely finish The Diviners before picking up another title since I really like the whole 1920s setting so far. I’m excited about the sequel as well!
Happy reading! 🙂

The setting was one of the strongest pets for me. It was really well done.

I know! I’ve read about a quarter of the book so far and the way she describes the setting is impressive. I can’t wait to go back to the 1920s once I finish my other read.

Glad you enjoyed The Assassin’s Blade! 🙂 It was quite good. Can’t wait ’till the fourth book is released! I do hope you read Cinder next, because it is a great book! However Trust Me, I’m Lying seems like an interesting pick as well. XD Here’s my WWW Wednesday if you want to check it out:
Happy Wednesday!

I really liked The Assassin’s Blade! Although I still enjoyed Crown Of Midnight and Heir Of Fire better. I can’t wait for the fourth book to come out! I guess I’ve just run out of Sarah J. Maas books to read haha.
I’m still not sure which one to pick up first, but I guess I will probably want a fantasy read next so Cinder is winning so far. 😀

The cover is what first caught my eye as well and so many people seem to love it that I just have to try it. I already own a copy of the whole series, so I guess it’s about time I start reading it. 😉
Happy reading!

I loved learning more about Sam, but I guess the novellas aren’t really necessary to understand the rest of the story… They’re very entertaining though. 😀

Cinder is brilliant, but the series just keeps getting better and better!

Glad you liked Frankenstein! That’s one of my favorite books. Frankenstein seems to be really popular right now with another movie adaptation coming out this year I believe and on top of that the Penny Dreadful TV series.

Ah I didn’t know about that! Frankenstein has been on my TBR pile for a while now and I’m glad I’ve finally read it. Without doubt one of the better classics I’ve read!
