Originally featured at Should Be Reading and now hosted by Sam at Taking On A World Of Words, WWW WEDNESDAYS is still about answering the following three questions:
- What are you currently reading?
I started Cinder by Marissa Meyer the other day and I while I love Cinder, Iko and their story so far, I wasn’t really in the mood for a fantasy read. So I decided to read What Lies Within by James Morris first; a mystery/thriller read about a girl who finds out she is adopted, has a brother who then dies just after repeating various times she is in danger. Really good so far!
- What did you recently finish reading?
I finished Trust Me, I’m Lying by Mary Elizabeth Summer the other day and I was really disappointed by it. It started off as an awesome read but things soon went downhill from there and I ended up being seriously frustrated by it. With The Diviners by Libba Bray it was the other way around; it started off a bit slow, but it actually turned out to be an exciting read and I loved the 1920s setting!
- What do you think you’ll read next?
My next TBR jar pick is The Kings Of Cool by Don Winslow. It sounds like an interesting read, but I’m not sure I will be in the mood for it. I might read The 5th Wave by Rick Yancey first; I have been wanting to read this one for ages and it sounds like such a good read!
What Lies Within sounds like a good read. Enjoy!

What Lies Within seems like a good book! Although it’s too bad you’re not reading Cinder at the moment, I can totally empathize with how you’re not in a fantasy mood. Better to read a book later, when you know you’ll enjoy it more! It’s too bad Trust Me, I’m Lying was disappointing, it seemed like an interesting book! Still, happy reading! ❤

I loved What Lies Within and since I’ve just finished it, I will start reading Cinder again. 😀 I hate reading a potential favorite when I’m not in the mood for the genre; I wouldn’t want to spoil it… 😉 Trust Me, I’m Lying was a disappointment, but at least now I know right? Luckily my current reads are a lot better. Happy reading! ❤

That’s a bummer about Trust Me, I’m Lying! Sorry it didn’t work out. I hope you end up enjoying Cinder. I hear that series is awesome (but of course, I wouldn’t know because I’m so behind on reading series).

It’s always a shame when a book disappoints, but luckily my current reads are way better. I’m really enjoying Cinder so far!

I hope you end up liking Cinder more when you’re in the mood for it! I love that series and it definitely gets better with each book in my opinion. The 5th Wave was awesome. I’m really hoping they don’t screw up too badly with the movie coming up.

I was actually already enjoying it, but now I’ve started it again I’m loving it even more. Hopefully I will be able to find more time to read during the next few days… As I’m really looking forward to The 5th Wave as well. Movies are always complicated; I haven’t read the book yet, but some director tend to screw big time when making decisions what to base their movies on.

Haha I have the same problem with so many series! Cinder is really good so far; I can’t wait to continue it! And I’m 99% sure I will read The 5th Wave right after that. 😀
