Today is Sunday, which means it’s time for the second installment of my Sunday Post where I will share a summary of my blogging week and other random facts… Here we go!
# CURRENTLY READING
I was going to start Six Of Crows by Leigh Bardugo earlier, but after my double wisdom tooth extraction I was in the mood for something light. I feel better now so I will dive into this one today! I LOVE The Grisha trilogy so I hope this one will be just as magical. 😀
# LATEST ADDITION TO MY SHELVES
I think I have lost count of how many times Simon Vs. The Homo Sapiens Agenda has been recommended to me ever since it came out… It has been on my need-to-get-soon list since April, and I finally got my hands on a copy of this Becky Albertalli novel. I can’t wait to read it!
# OTHER BOOK NEWS
November means it’s time for the yearly Goodreads Choice Awards! The opening round will end to day so if you want to vote you still have time… I always love to browse the different categories to find new titles to read. I was quite surprised that with over 160 books read this year, there are many categories where I haven’t read any of the books on the list… And the YA section has so many great titles that I wish I could pick at least three for each haha. What do you think of the awards? Have you voted yet?

Two new recipes on my new food blog Easy Peasy Delicious Food this week: Ricotta Spinach Rolls and Chickpea Veggie Burger. Both recipes take some time to prepare, but no expensive gadgets or advanced cooking skills are required and they are both delicious and healthy! 😀
That’s all for this Sunday Post… I hope everyone is having a great Sunday! ❤
I did my voting last week. like you I hadn’t heard of many of the titles that seemed to come up high on the list but I managed to resist the temptation to go and buy them

I might wait for the final results and get some of the winners, but for now I think I will just stick t reading those I have already purchased in the past myself.

It’s sad that I didn’t know many of the titles on the Goodreads voting round thing but it just makes me more determined to read more diverse books! I definitely need to read Simon it’s the next book in getting (I’m saying this about a lot of books…)

I have heard a lot of people saying that they didn’t read a lot of books mentioned in the first round… I read a lot of different genres as well, but apparently most of the books I read that were published in 2015 turned out to be YA. And I can totally understand what you mean with Simon; I always say ‘I need to get that book ASAP’ with a lot of books as well. 😉

Yeah, it looks like I will have to broaden my horizons for next year. I really want to read so many books but so little money and so little time.

Double wisdom teeth pulled?! Ouch! I hope you’re feeling better! Enjoy the book – I’ve been seeing and hearing nothing but amazing things about it!!

The extraction was worse than the aftermath; luckily I’m already back to feeling and eating (almost) normal. 🙂 Six Of Crows is a great read so far, but there are many difficult names in the beginning… I don’t mind, but it does mean that it’s best to properly sit down for this one. Fingers crossed it stays good!
