Stacking The Shelves #43 – June 2nd

Stacking The Shelves is hosted at Tynga’s Reviews and is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

I was going to turn this STS post into my Europe trip haul, but the weather has been shitty and I couldn’t get any good pictures… So here are the new NG titles I was approved for during my trip instead. I honestly swear I was going to stay away from NG, but as you already guessed… I didn’t. xD

I saw a tweet about The Date and since I’m a huge fan of Louise Jensen’s thrillers I just HAD to request a copy straight away. I’ve heard a lot about Jo Spain’s thrillers as well, so seeing The Confession mentioned made me want to finally try out her work. The blurb sounds fantastic, so I can’t wait to read that one! I saw To Die In Vienna just as I was actually in the city of Vienna, so of course I had to request a copy to see if I recognize any of the places mentioned. The publisher actually auto-approved me after my request so that was amazing! ❤ The last title intrigued be because of the setting; I don’t read nearly enough stories set in ancient Rome and this one sounded to good to ignore.

Look out for my Europe trip physical copies haul very soon! Hopefully when the weather finally improves so I can take some decent photos… Trust me, I’m missing the European ‘almost summer’ weather. 😉
