This meme is hosted by Kerry @ Chat About Books and is all about sharing my reviews from previous years… Since I tend to read 10+ books per month on average, I’ve decided to only share my top reads for the last three years (2018, 2019 and 2020). This means either a 4,5 star or 5 star rating depending on which was the highest rating that year (if there are not too many titles, I’ll share the books of both ratings).
Let’s go to my list of books, shall we?
MARCH 2020
5 STARS: Absolutely and entirely mind blowing! I suggest you to pick up a copy now.
I Am Dust – by Louise Beech // The Storied Life Of A.J. Fikry – by Gabrielle Zevin
4.5 STARS: This one was almost perfect. Surely fantastic!
Strangers – by C.L. Taylor // Mexico Street – by Simone Buchholz // Deep Dark Night – by Steph Broadribb // She Has A Broken Thing Where Her Heart Should Be – by J.D. Barker // Find Her Alive – by Lisa Regan // Kilo – by Toby Muse
MARCH 2019
5 STARS: Absolutely and entirely mind blowing! I suggest you to pick up a copy now.
A Thousand Perfect Notes – by C.G. Drews // The Travelling Cat Chronicles – by Hiro Arikawa
4.5 STARS: This one was almost perfect. Surely fantastic!
And Every Morning The Way Home Gets Longer And Longer – by Fredrik Backman // The Bones She Buried – by Lisa Regan // The Enchanted – by Rene Denfeld // The Dry – by Jane Harper // Daisy Jones & The Six – by Taylor Jenkins Reid
MARCH 2018
4.5 STARS: This one was almost perfect. Surely fantastic!
My Sweet Friend – by H.A. Leuschel // No Safe Place – by Patricia Gibney // The Sun Does Shine – by Anthony Ray Hinton // The Child Next Door – by Shalini Boland // Cocktails And Dreams – by A.L. Michael // Deadly Secrets – by Robert Bryndza // The Good Twin – by Marti Green
Have you read any of these titles yourself? Any of these on your TBR? I can highly highly recommend all of these!! ❤

So happy that I read 3 of the four 5-star books! The only one I haven’t read YET is The Storied Life of A.J. Fikry :-).

Yay! And The Storied Life Of A.J. Fikry is SO good! I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started it as I’ve had mixed reactions with this author, but this story managed to draw me in straight away.

Some fantastic books on this list! I really need to read I Am Dust, but have two other Louise Beech books to get to first.

I Am Dust is SO good! Then again I love anything she writes… I still have The Mountain In My Shoe to read and then it’s waiting for her newest to be released soon.

I’ve heard the best things about it! I’m reading her books in order, so it’s Maria in the Moon for me next. The Mountain In My Shoe is good, but the plot is lacking compared to her others.

You made me even more curious about The Mountain In My Shoe now! I enjoyed Maria In The Moon, although it took me a little while to warm up to the story…
