Stacking The Shelves is hosted at Tynga’s Reviews and is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

Soooo… What has been the ARC damage since my last STS post two weeks ago? I’ve been trying to stay away from Netgalley as I’m hoping to get my pending ARC pile below 10 titles again… I’m getting close to that magical single digit number, but of course I couldn’t stay away from that request button completely. xD I really enjoyed my first experience with Mary Jayne Baker’s writing and I’ve been craving more contemporaries/romance reads recently, so I couldn’t resist getting a copy of her newest. I also added In Dark Water to my shelves; I already signed up for the blog tour anyway and it’s so much easier to add a book to my kindle on NG than having to do it manually. 😉 Afterwards, I received an invitation to read The Noise, and I didn’t even read the blurb before hitting that Read It! button as anything that is at least partly written by J.D. Barker is an instant must-read for me.
