TEASER TUESDAYS is a weekly book meme originally featured at Books And A Beat. To participate, just open the book you are currently reading to a random page, and choose two ‘teaser’ sentences from somewhere on that page. (no spoilers!)
I have to admit I was going to read ACOMAF first… But since that ment I had to reread ACOTAR first and ACOMAF is supposedly better than the fifth Throne Of Glass book, I decided to pick up Empire Of Storms first. I was warned by several reviews that there was going to be a high dose of romance and that’s definitely the most irritating part of the sequel so far, but I’m enjoying it better than I thought I would. Then again, I’m only about a third into the book, so things might change later on?!
My teaser (31%):
“This was bad. Undeniably bad. Rowan’s magic frayed apart as he worked to keep the shields around him and Dorian intact.”
What are you reading right now?
I really, really need to read a Sarah J Maas book. Part of me is kind of hesitant since all her books are so hyped up, but I feel left out lol

I actually wasn’t blown away by the first Throne Of Glass book when I first read it… But I’ve grown to love the series over time. ACOTAR is my absolute favorite so far though! (I still have to read the sequel though so that might change later on haha)

I’ve heard that Throne of Glass gets better as the series goes on. Same with ACOTAR actually.

It’s definitely the case with Throne Of Glass, and I’m planning to find out if it’s the same with ACOTAR before the end of the year. 😉

Your teaser makes me want to hurry up and get there! I’m so far behind! I really want to read ACOMAF, too. I LOVED ACOTAR! Thanks for dropping by my TT! 🙂

Book two and three are still my favorite, but Empire Of Storms is better than I thought it would be. ACOTAR is probably my all time favorite Sarah J. Maas, and that might be why I haven’t read the sequel yet… I’ve heard it’s really good, but I’m kind of afraid it won’t live up to expectations.
