Stacking The Shelves is hosted at Tynga’s Reviews and is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!
Soooo… What has been the ARC damage since my last STS post two weeks ago? Let’s just say that I should be ashamed of my inability to stop getting new ARCs… I couldn’t resist getting a copy of Can I Give My Husband Back? as it sounded like a hilarious read and I needed more of those… I read it already, so that one doesn’t count right? xD Afterwards, I saw the newest Robert Bryndza was a Read Now and hit that button so hard I think my phone broke down haha. I love his books and I’m already looking forward to read the second Kate Marshall book! And I just couldn’t resist getting a copy of Susi Holliday’s newest as the blurb sounded fantastic and I’ve heard nothing but fantastic things about her books.
I also honestly didn’t expect that my request for the newest JP Delaney would be approved at all… Not that I’m complaining of course. xD And I’ve been a fan of Carol Wyer’s books for a while now and have been following the Natalie Ward series since book one, so of course I HAD to get book seven as soon as it was available on Netgalley. Afterwards, I was invited to read Saving Ruby King, and there was just something about this title I couldn’t say no to… Last but not least, I was invited to read Noelle Holten’s third Maggie Jamieson book, and of course I hit that Read It button straight away.
To make the situation even worse, I also ended up signing up for THREE upcoming blog tours… Whoops? At least they are due in July and late August recently, so still some time to breathe I guess? xD

I signed up for The Bone Jar as well. I tried to walk away, I really did, but the word asylum kept dragging me back until I replied I’d love to, Anne 🙈😂 But I’m reading it now and I’m enjoying it so no regrets yet 😁 I have Susi’s new book on pre-order, couldn’t resist. So I’m stearing clear of that one on NG! Happy reading, Yvo xx

Haha I was the same! I tried talking to myself sternly, telling me I really didn’t need another ARC or blog tour, but it was the asylum mention that did it for me as well. 😉 Good to know you are enjoying it so far! And I’ve been meaning to read one of Susi’s books for ages now, so I’m looking forward to dive in even though I was planning on reading The Lingering and Violet first. I might just leave those for Orentober now. 😉 xx

Awww ❤ The fact that I live on the other side of the world means I normally don't get to have the popular ones though. 😉
